He anticipates when equipment needs to be upgraded, makes recommendations from his vast experience and does it all with an amazingly great attitude. We found that Troy was very well respected and connected with folks in the community when we needed major repairs done on the grounds surrounding the pool and tile replacement (etc.) inside the pool. Troy recommended a reliable, efficient and cost effective person to do the work. Yet Troy still took the time to review with us the pros and cons of materials to be used.
